Well, house hunting is still going (or not going) the same. It is so hard! Our list of 'don't wants' is not long but complicated for the Charlotte area, apparently.
We are getting quite discouraging and beginning to wonder if we will ever find anything.
Our criteria:
at least 1 acre lot...
...wooded (we don't want an acre of grass to cut)
schools with at least 80% white students
no HOA's
within half an hour or so commute to CHarlotte
3br with a bonus room we can convert to a 4th br or just 4 bedrooms
A kitchen bigger than the one our other house had
That doesn't seem to complicated right?
We are also considering just buying property and putting a modular on it but that isn't working either!
SO the search continues...
