It's a boy!!!!!!

I found out this morning that Pumpkin is now Kinny. I looked on the internet last night about how to determine male or female and then I flipped him over this morning and he's a boy! So now I want to find out if he can live happily with another male so I can get him a friend and not have babies every few months!

    I think getting a second one is a good idea. If Kara is still into gerbils when Jerry passes away, we may get two next time.

    I'm actually deciding not to get another one. Everything I've read on the internet is telling me they will fight eventually and I don't want one killing the other! I'd read up on gerbils before getting 2, unless you are getting a breeding pair, which I don't want!

    Also, Jess, next time you should consider dwarf hamsters. Little Kinny just layed in the crook of my arm and went to sleep. I really think he likes us and he's so cute!
