I'm sorry, I don't know how to help. :-( On the very top (where it says new post, log in, etc.) is where my link for the dashboard is. I don't know how to get there any other way.
Mine used to be that way too but it is different now! Only says "new post" "design" "sign out" now... My phone is still the same as it was so I guess I'll just use that. I usually do anyway but you saw my post the other day....lots of errors!
Go to design. Then up at the top you should have the blogger symbol next to a pencil next to 2 sheets of paper.....click on the blogger symbol. Then on the left you should see "reading list" to click on.
